The Founders+ application is deep, intentional, and designed to make you think. It covers who you are, what you are building, where you want to go, and whether you are ready for structured mentorship. Short, generic answers indicate a lack of seriousness.

The Startup & Business
The problem you are solving, your product, the market, early traction (if any), and your team. We are looking for clarity of thinking, not perfection of execution.

Vision & Future
Your 2-year and 10-year outlook. The risks you see. The aspirations you carry. This tells us whether you are building for a quick exit or for something that lasts.

You & Mentorship
Your expectations from Founders+, past mentorship experiences, and your commitment level. The best mentorship relationships are built on honesty about what you need.

Reflection & Alignment
Honest self-assessment. Your priorities. The uncomfortable truths about your startup that you might not say out loud. This section separates those who are ready from those who are not.
What we look for
in a founder.
We accept five startups per cohort. The selection is not based on your idea's market size or your pitch deck's polish. It is based on whether you are the kind of founder who will do the work.
Clarity of problem
Can you articulate the problem you are solving in the customer's language, not yours?
Mentorability
Are you open to feedback? Willing to challenge your own assumptions? Committed to follow through?
Execution intent
Have you started building? Even small steps matter more than grand plans with no movement.
Long-term orientation
Are you building for sustainability and profit — or just chasing the next funding round?
Seriousness of application
The depth of your answers tells us more than your resume. Thoughtful, honest responses always stand out.
The selection process

Submit your application
Complete the full application form. Take your time with it — the quality of your responses matters more than speed.

Application review
Every application is read carefully. We assess founder mindset, problem clarity, and alignment with the Founders+ philosophy.

Conversation
Shortlisted founders are invited for a conversation with Rohan. This is not a pitch — it is a dialogue about your journey and your vision.

Selection & onboarding
Selected founders receive an invitation to join the cohort. The equity agreement is formalised and the F+ Assessment begins within the first week.
